servicetraq, Sabanci Universitesi personel servis hizmetleri icin gelistirilmis bir mobil uygulamadir. Bu gizlilik politikasi, uygulama tarafindan toplanan, kullanilan ve korunan verileri aciklamaktadir.
Toplanan Veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: Kullanici adi, ad-soyad, telefon numarasi ve e-posta adresi (universite tarafindan saglanan bilgiler).
- Konum verileri: Sofor kullanicilarin konum bilgisi, yolcularin servis aracini takip edebilmesi icin toplanir. Konum verisi yalnizca servis saatleri icinde ve talep edildiginde alinir.
- Cihaz bilgileri: Push bildirim gondermek icin cihaz tokeni saklanir.
- Servis kullanim verileri: Rezervasyon, binis ve iptal bilgileri.

Veri Paylasimi
Toplanan veriler ucuncu taraflarla paylasilmaz. Veriler yalnizca Sabanci Universitesi personel servis hizmetlerinin yonetimi icin kullanilir.
Veri Saklama
Veriler infotraq sunucularinda guvenli bir sekilde saklanir. Konum verileri gecici olarak saklanir ve kisa sure icinde silinir.
Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetler
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push bildirim gondermek icin kullanilir (Google altyapisi).
- Google Maps: Harita goruntulemesi icin kullanilir.

servicetraq is a mobile application developed for Sabanci University staff shuttle services. This privacy policy explains the data collected, used, and protected by the application.
Data Collected
- Account information: Username, full name, phone number, and email address (provided by the university).
- Location data: Driver users' location is collected to allow passengers to track shuttle vehicles. Location data is only obtained during service hours and upon request.
- Device information: Device tokens are stored for sending push notifications.
- Service usage data: Reservation, boarding, and cancellation records.

Data Sharing
